Felice’s practice area include real estate, business law and commercial transactions, wills, trusts, estates and probate, and commercial landlord-tenant related matters. Felice assists individuals and families with estate planning, trust administration and probate matters in an efficient, individualized and comprehensive manner. She also represents buyers and sellers of residential and commercial real estate and assists with all real estate related matters, represents businesses in a variety of transactions, including contracts and purchase and sale, and she is general counsel for regional businesses and franchisees.
Raised in New Jersey, Felice settled in Colorado in 1986 after living in Washington D.C. and Kansas City and working for the Environmental Protection Agency. Felice joined the firm in 1991, having previously practiced in Denver, and became a shareholder in 1996.
She enjoys many of the outdoor activities and community events that Summit County offers and is involved with a variety of nonprofits.
Felice is a local speaker on estate planning and real estate issues. In 2016, she designed a 4-hour class for the Summit Association of REALTORS® focusing on residential real estate contracts in Summit County that she taught several times a year through 2019.
